This Amazing Lake House is excellent for large families or groups of friends. It features an open floor plan with large windows overlooking the lake. Located in a quiet pocket of homes at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is easy to access and close to Atlanta. By boat you can quickly access the main water. Waters Edge Lake House is also is near several marinas, including Holiday, Hideaway & Aqualand!

As you walk in the front door, you are greeted by a large open living area called the 'Great Room' which then opens to the fully stocked kitchen. You can cook and socialize with friends & family at the same time! Your group will enjoy the spacious living area with amazing views, large flat screen TV, and a comfy leather sofa.

The dining room seats 10 with additional seating at the breakfast nook and outdoor patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you may want or need during your stay. Off the kitchen area is a door that exits out to a sunny and spacious open deck which is great for entertaining! Plenty of seating is available, along with a fire pit and gas grill. Below this deck is a huge patio area that is covered and also has ample seating and a hammock for relaxing. The back yard is nicely landscaped with an easy lighted walk down to the dock. There is also a fenced in area for children to play. This house has it all!

You are here for the Sun & Water, so the Dock is where you will spend most of your time! Enjoy the upper Party Deck with friends and family. There is ALWAYS DEEP WATER at our dock for swimming and boating. Have a boat?? Bring it and park it in the slip at the dock! This cove does not have heavy traffic and is in a No Wake Zone, making swimming more enjoyable and SAFE! A floating island is provided for kids to play and adults to relax on the water.

Back to the inside....Down the hall from the living area, is the Master Bedroom with a King Bed and has a French door opening out to the back deck overlooking the lake. The adjoining Master Bath features a double vanity, Jacuzzi Tub & walk-in Shower.

Upstairs are 3 more spacious bedrooms....One room has a King bed and adjoining bath. The other bedroom has 4-twin bunks, perfect for the kiddos! The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. All are tastefully decorated and have comfortable beds for you to rest your head on after a fun day on the water!

The Basement is another favorite feature....There is a 2nd kitchen and a Game Room to keep the kids (and Adult Kids) entertained! In the game room, there is plenty to do: Arcade Air Hockey Table, Arcade Foosball Table, Ms PacMan/Galaga Arcade Game. You will also find a comfy leather couch (Queen pullout with memory foam mattress) which faces a large flat screen TV so you can play the Wii and Xbox 360. Last, you will find a separate sitting area that has a pull-out sofa (full) with a memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort.

The house has all the amenities of home and so much more! The appliances are user friendly and there's plenty of seating for your family and friends throughout the house. High ceilings, lake views from most rooms, and lake decor compliment the 'Relaxing' feeling at Waters Edge. The location and amenities of this home make this a great vacation home year-round!
