Happiness at the lake is a small, picturesque cove-- at least we think so!

I have been swimming up and down our cove safely for thirty two years. Our children and now our grandchildren play in the water in front of our house without fear of boats coming to close to them or being swamped by their wake. Except for one house ,we have had the same neighbors for seventeen years and two neighbors have been here ten years longer than we have. I have watched a mother deer and her fawn play in the water beside our house and blue herons fish for their dinner . Nature, safety and friendly neighbors make this cove a special place to live.Our favorite place to eat, spring, summer and fall is at our porch table with a wonderful view of the lake. There is nothing better in the cooler weather than to relax in our hot tub and look out at the woods.
