TRADING SPACES
…You will come back year after year to this new (2004) old Florida beach cottage. Trading Spaces was professionally decorated in a fun and funky, whimsical art deco style that reflects the “fun in the sun” atmosphere that surrounds you in Santa Rosa Beach. Trading Spaces is a non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 and ½ bath cottage that sleeps 8 or 9 guests. The front porch leads you into a spacious living area where you will find a large eat-in kitchen, with corian counters and an open breakfast bar/dining area, half bathroom, full laundry facilities, and a large family room for watching your favorite movie on the 32” television with surround sound speakers or just conversing with friends and family. Off the family room is a large wrap around deck, which overlooks the community pool, located DIRECTLY behind Trading Spaces….a perfect spot to keep an eye on the kids while you relax with a cool drink in one of the porch rockers. Solid oak flooring throughout both levels lends an elegant yet warm and inviting touch.
Upstairs the master bedroom comes complete with king size bed, private bath, and a covered porch. Down the hall are a full bath and two guest bedrooms. One guest room has a twin over full bunk bed and the other a Queen size bed. A queen size sleeper in the main family room rounds out the sleeping accommodations. The guest rooms have 20” flat screen TV’s with DVD/VCR players and the master has a 27” TV with DVD/VCR player. Plenty of books, magazines and family games are available for your enjoyment as well. Fast access cable internet is available.
Old Florida Village is a new “Seaside Style” quaint neighborhood of 67 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane. Trading Spaces is the 3rd house on the street and conveniently located just across the street and a short stroll from the famous sugar white sands of the emerald coast (.3 mile or about 500 steps). Santa Rosa Beach’s Gulf Place shops are just a few blocks away offering great restaurants, artist boutiques, summer concerts on the “green” and the famous Lucille’s Gossip Parlor (Ice Cream Shop).
Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club is less than 2 miles away and the new Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is located 15 miles to the East, down Scenic Hwy 30A. Discover artist enclaves, antiques and exquisite cuisine in the sleepy beach communities that dot the scenic county road 30A…Bud and Ally’s in Seaside, Criolla’s in Grayton Beach, and Fish out of Water in Watercolor…awesome jazz, and funky dining at Picolo’s and the famous Red Bar to name a few. There’s no other place like it in the United States…come, Trade Spaces and experience it for yourself. Thanks for visiting our site.
