At Lazy Creek Retreat you can read a book peacefully in a rocking chair or laze-away the hours while relaxing in the hammock.

It is a beautifully maintained cabin convenient to everything Blue Ridge has to offer. It is built with 3 decks overlooking the of the creek below, including a newly added sun deck to allow you plenty of space for outdoor living. The sundeck has a built in bar overlooking the creek which is perfect for breakfast on cool Blue Ridge mornings.

Lazy Creek Retreat has 3 king bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms as well as a sleeper sofa in the basement so it sleeps 8 very comfortably.

The front entrance takes you into the main level with open kitchen, living and dining area. If you want to prepare a cozy meal for two or dinner for a large group, everything you need in the kitchen is right here. The main level king bedroom has doors that open onto one of the decks. This main level deck has ceiling fans and extends onto the newly added sundeck with built in bar.

Upstairs you will find a large loft with an oversized bean bag, reclining sofas, flat screen TV, Blue-ray/DVD player and bookcase stocked with books in case you forgot to bring one along. Also upstairs is another King bedroom with a private deck and full bath.

The basement is where the last king bedroom and full bath are located. It also has the queen sleeper sofa, TV and DVD cabinet full of DVD’s perfect for movie night. Inside the trunk you will find an wide assortment of board games and puzzles. The basement is also setup with a ping pong table ready for a competitive tournament as well as an XBOX 360 with games including Rock Band. Off the basement is the lower level deck that includes the hot tub. It’s a covered deck so you can use it rain, shine, or snow!

At Lazy Creek Retreat you feel miles away from everything, but if you decide to venture out and explore, you are only 8 miles from Downtown Blue Ridge for amazing food and shopping, 2 miles from Historic McCaysville where you can cool off while tubing on the Toccoa River, 9 miles from Whitewater Rafting on the Ocoee River made famous from the 1996 Olympics or mountain biking on the Tanasi Trail System, 12 miles from Lake Blue Ridge where you can enjoy a sunset Stand Up Paddling tour. You are also not far from hiking the Benton MacKaye Trail or the Aska Adventure Area and many beautiful local waterfalls.
