A Bear’s Lair is located in the acclaimed Mountain High community just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia. This tastefully decorated mountain home is spacious with three master suites (each bedroom is uniquely decorated and offers an IPod dock for your personal listening preferences) and two sleeper sofas making it great for everyone from honeymooners to multi family groups. The luxurious accommodations and easy paved road access makes this cabin the right choice for all.

The main level contains a large open floor plan...the living room offers a sitting area with lovely leather sofas, fine furnishings throughout and a fireplace. Enjoy the breath taking long range mountain views from the living room or walk out onto the covered deck for a closer look. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area just perfect to watch the gorgeous evening sunsets while listening to the relaxing gurgle of a nearby mountain brook.

Back inside the dining area comfortably accommodates ten people and the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances is stocked with everything you will need to prepare that special mountain meal. A gas grill is located on the main level deck outside from the kitchen. In addition, on the main level there is a bedroom featuring a Queen size bed & full bath. Access the decks directly from this bedroom to enjoy the lovely views.

The upper level features the honeymoon suite with a King Size bed, Satellite TV and DVD Player. There is an adjoining master bath with Jacuzzi tub & stand up shower. French doors leads to a private walkout balcony with patio furniture to relax in while admiring the views & enjoying your morning coffee or an evening nightcap.

There is an open loft with a cozy and comfy area perfect for catching up on your reading or taking a long afternoon nap. At night the sofa converts to a Full size sleeper providing additional sleeping space. Also in the loft area is a desk for your lap top in case that call from the office just can’t be put off. Wireless internet access is provided in this area for your communication needs.

The lower level is a fully finished basement that boasts a bedroom with a King size bed and a connected private bath along with a bonus room with additional living area, wet bar and gas log fireplace. This area is also a media room with a flat screen TV with Satellite service, a Blue Ray disc DVD player and a true 7.1 Surround Sound audio system.

There is an air hockey table & a PlayStation 3 for the kids. The game table is great for playing a hand of cards or board games and converts to a bumper pool table. Walkout onto more porches & you will find a 6 person hot tub bubbling for you to kick back in.
