Enjoy the ocean from the leather rockers or from comfy, overstuffed chairs in the living room or from the adjacent balcony. (Access to the balcony has a child-guard door lock.)

With an eye for scale and relaxation, the owners’ decorator uses nature’s tones of golden brown with greens and rusty coral accents in the living and dining areas. The dining room table seats six with trundle extensions that allow seating for eight. Leather bar stools provide additional seating at the kitchen’s breakfast bar. Dark cabinetry in the kitchen blends beautifully with the wood-beamed ceiling and houses top-of-the-line appliances.

A master suite hallway leads first to a spacious dressing room and bath with deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower before reaching the bedroom. The master bedroom has a view of the ocean on two sides and direct access to the balcony. Warm earth tones with light green combine with hardwood floors the wood beamed ceiling to complete the serene setting.

In the main residence two guest rooms are both furnished with king beds; one bedroom in gold and rust with deep red accent pieces, and the other in golden yellow with black accents. Guest rooms overlook the private courtyard, and each has its own private bath.

The fourth bedroom is entered by way of a sheltered breezeway through the private courtyard. Light green bedding with golden yellow and rose pink floral room accents brighten the room and the king bed.

Flat panel TV’s are provided in all bedrooms, and music is wired throughout. A full-sized laundry room is conveniently located near the bedrooms.
