The kitchen incorporates seating for four at the counter opening to the dining area with seating for eight. The owners have complemented the finishes with special selections of artwork. The living area is comfortable yet elegant with sofa, love seat and individual seating surrounding a cast stone fireplace all looking out on the balcony and courtyard. Dining "al fresco" is available on the balcony with seating for four along with lounge seating on teak furniture accented with light blue cushions. The overall ambiance is light bright and airy, reinforcing the charm and relaxation of the beach.

Three bedrooms have been furnished with King sized beds (one of which is in the separate suite) along with special finishes giving each a special character and charm. The fourth bedroom features two Queen sized beds. Each bedroom has its own television with DVD player and separate bath. The living area has a large flat screen TV complemented by a DVD player. A separate NILES sound system has been installed with speakers in the kitchen, dining, living, master bedroom and master bath areas. This sound system operates with an IPOD docking station, CD player and/or radio. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit.

The beach club garden units have a private pool allowing you to enjoy a quiet time of rest and relaxation just outside your door. A separate grilling area is available in the courtyard for residents, adjacent to the pool featuring several natural gas grills and outdoor dining area.
