Park Central is located in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta, only two blocks from Piedmont Park, close to restaurants, the High Museum, shopping and only 3 blocks from the Midtown MARTA station.

Park Central is the result of a 1999 conversion from apartments to condos. There are a number of different floor plans in the building, including one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units.
