It's not hard to see why deer frequently meander through the property and are easily spotted from the deck around sunrise and sunset. The cabin itself is constructed of hand hewn pine but the windows of this structure dominate as it boasts an enormous two story front gable and two gables on either side giving the living area and kitchen an abundance of light and awe inspiring views of the natural setting outside. A ten foot wrap around covered deck as well as an uncovered patio area allows for great enjoyment of the surroundings. Two fire places, one located on the outside deck, add to the over all warmth and charm. In addition, the deck includes two tables that both seat four comfortably for al fresco dining making it convenient to enjoy your favorite meal while enjoying the beautiful sunset. Also, this cabin is very close to United States National Forest, making it great for a wonderful and exploring nature hike. A Creek Runs Thru It is only about ten to twelve minutes from the downtown area of beautiful Blue Ridge, GA. In town you can find great eateries, wonderful mountain style shopping, and beautiful breathtaking views all around. Also, Lake Blue Ridge is about twelve minutes from the cabin where you can rent pontoon boats, fish, ski, and just simply relax. A couple of other fun and exciting things to do in the area is horseback riding, which is about seven or eight minutes from the house, and white water rafting on the Ocoee River, the site of the 1996 Olympics, which is about fifteen minutes from the cabin.
