Welcome to Big River! This cozy cabin is located on the Toccoa River! You can sit on your porch and admire one of our area's greatest treasures... "Big River" is perfect for the whole family! The river is wide in front of the cabin with a gazebo and fishing dock right on the river bank. One side is shallow and ideal for wading/swimming and the other side is deep and great for fishing! You can enjoy a soak in the brand new hot tub while listening to the river rolling by or relax next to the outdoor firepit while the flowing river sings in the background. The main level has a wrap around porch with seating and a charcoal grill for enjoying the mountain air. Inside the main level you will find a greatroom with full kitchen, living room area with sectional sofa, gas log fireplace and large flat panel tv with satellite and DVD player. The bedroom on the main level has a king bed, tv with satellite and full bath. Upstairs you will find a small loft with seating and the master bedroom with a queen bed and private covered porch overlooking the pristine waters of the Toccoa River and a full bath. The lower level has a third bedroom with two twin beds, a small gas log fireplace and a full bath. Around the corner in the garage section of the cabin you will find a pool table with a ping pong top so you can enjoy both games! Just outside this level you will find the hot tub. You will see that the walk down to the river is gently sloped with two sets of stairs with handrails and the large, flat grassy area on the river bank is great for a pic nic, playing, etc.... The name says it all! Absolutely Fab-View-lous has the best mountain views in the area! Situated on a mountain ridge top you will have breathtaking sunrise views from every room in the cabin! The main level has a large covered porch on the entry side with a soothing porch swing and you can even see the sunset from this side. Once inside you will find a greatroom with dining area, living room with wood burning fireplace, upgraded kitchen with anything you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bedroom on the main level has a king bed with Sleep Number Mattress, full bath and double glass doors leading onto the full covered porch looking out at the mountain view. The upper level has a master bedroom with king bed and master bath with jetted garden tub. The lower level will be a hit with the gameroom featuring a pool table, poker table and den area with Plasma TV with surround sound and Playstation 2. The bedroom on this level has two double beds and full bath. Just outside the lower level you will find the hot tub overlooking the mountain vistas. You must see the view in person!

You'll be sitting right in front of layers and layers of gorgeous mountains. Amazing View will sleep up to nine people with three bedrooms and three full baths. This large three level cabin has enough room for the whole family! The main level has well appointed bedroom with a queen bed and TV, a full bath, dining area and a living room complete with a leather sofa & recliner, big screen TV, home theater sound system and floor to ceiling rocked gas log fireplace. The wonderful kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and appliances to make you feel right at home. The main level also has a wrap around deck complete with a barbeque grill, patio table and cushioned chairs. The upper level has a master suite with king bed, large private covered porch, TV, spacious master bath with jetted garden tub and dressing area. The lower level is where the fun really begins. The game room is complete with an oak pool table, air hockey table, and an oak card/poker table with adjustable, swivel, reclining chairs. Outside, there's a five person hot tub featuring a lounger, programmable LED lights, adjustable nozzles and waterfall. Finally, the kids will love the play/swing set with swings, monkey bars, slide, climbing rope, fort and sand box. In all, Amazing View is the perfect mountain getaway. The recently constructed cabin is situated on over 2.5 private acres and has remarkable long-range and un-blemished views. Watching the sunrise over the Blue Ridge Mountain Range is the most amazing and unforgettable experience. Enjoy stunning scenery or you can just take in the views and the wildlife from inside the house through large windows or from one of the spacious covered or uncovered decks that surround the cabin. The scenery is distinctly different in each of the four seasons and always enticing to observe. Step through the front door to see the majestic North Georgia Mountains behind a sliding wall of glass. Enjoy the genuine feel of a true mountain cabin with its tongue and groove wood walls and ceilings, hand scraped Asian Walnut wood floors, mountain laurel stair rail and the massive floor to ceiling stone fireplace.

Wonderful Lodge is spacious enough for a large crowd and beautifully decorated with careful attention given to such details as cozy bedding, reading lights, heated floors in the en-suite baths, luxurious linens, towels and tasteful decor. You just bring the food! The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and is outfitted for the family chef with upgraded 'stainless steel' duel fuel gas range with Convection Oven, accompanied by a Convection microwave. It has every small appliance you need to prepare a delicious feast, including all the pots & pans, utensils, glassware and dishes. The kitchen bar has four counter stools so friends and family can help without getting in the way. There is also a ½ bath with washer and dryer on the main level. The Dining room has seating for eight and is adjacent to the kitchen bar that will seat four so it is possible for twelve to dine inside. French Doors open to a covered party deck furnished with a dining table for eight, a gas and charcoal grill and wood-burning fireplace. Adjoining the kitchen and dining room, the living room has 16’ of glass doors to enjoy the serenity and beauty outside. All three areas share soaring ceilings, a gas log fireplace, a wall mount 47" LED flat screen TV, and are furnished with warm rustic furniture. The master suite upstairs is furnished with a Black Walnut king-size bed, a wall mount 40" LCD flat screen TV and access to a private covered deck. The Master bathroom is large with double granite vanities, jetted garden tub, tiled walk-in shower with frame less glass door and water closet.

The Main floor suite has a Mountain Laurel king-size bed and a wall mount 32" LCD flat screen TV. The en-suite bath is large with double granite vanities, tiled tub/shower with frame less glass door. The terrace level bedroom also has a King size spindle 4 Poster bed, a wall mount 32" LCD flat screen TV. The attached bath is large with granite vanity, tiled shower with frame less glass door and water closet. In addition to the third bedroom, the terrace level has two other sleeping areas, a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room and two twin-sized bunk beds in a fabulous bunk room (the kids will love it). Both share access to the terrace level bathroom. A door can be closed to provide privacy between the bunk beds and the family room. The terrace level family room has breathtaking scenery viewed through 16’ of sliding glass. This room also has a gas fireplace, wet bar, pool table, 47" LED flat screen TV, all adjacent to an outdoor party deck with a second outdoor wood burning fireplace and a large 6 person hot tub. Bear Retreat has everything you need to make your mountain getaway a total success! The main level of this cozy cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed and Hi-Def television with BluRay, one full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with dining for up to six. The main level living area has a Hi-Def television with BluRay, a queen sleeper sofa and a beautiful rock gas log fireplace that would be perfect during those cold winter evenings! There are French doors leading from the main level onto the screened porch, overlooking the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains, which would make great place for a cook out with the large gas grill, picnic table and rocking chairs. The upper level features one bedroom with a king bed and Hi-Def television with BluRay, one bathroom and a separate seating area where you can relax and possibly read one of the many books laying about the cabin. The lower level of Bear Retreat has a great game room complete with a pool table and a foosball table! Just outside the game room, on the lower level deck you can pass the time by kicking back in the hot tub or taking a rest on the two-person hammock. High Expectations is just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and has a beautiful layered mountain view! The main level has a greatroom with soaring cathedral ceilings and plenty of space for a family. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded stainless appliances and a bar with stools and the dining area has a dining table that seats eight! The focal point of the living area is a stone fireplace with gas logs and a new flat panel TV with satellite and DVD player. Both the living room and dining room have doors that open onto the covered porch/open deck.
