Dolphin Watch Four offers three bedrooms with two baths and comfortably sleeps up to eight people. The bedrooms have one king and one queen-size bed and four twin beds (bunks). This gulf-front condominium is half of a duplex in a small, five-unit complex. Enjoy an unobstructed view and water sounds of the famous emerald-green Gulf of Mexico from the living areas through three eight-foot sliding doors or from the 30-foot wooden deck that spans the length of the unit. A wet bar and separate icemaker in the spacious, well-furnished, living area is great for entertaining. Fast Cable Access Internet is available. The complex is located on the west end of Seacrest Beach; one mile west of Rosemary Beach and four miles east of Seaside. We are close to exciting beach activities, restaurants, and shopping, yet secluded in a residential area with million-dollar-plus homes. Dolphin Watch Four is a great home for two families traveling together! CANCELLATION POLICY Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25. REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.

CALYPSO POINTE: Gulf View Gothic Cottage and Carriage House

Calypso Cottage is a quaint gothic style house with vintage details with an adjacent carriage house in a private gated community of only 34 homes. It's location in the Dune Allen area of Santa Rosa Beach is unsurpassed for convenience, within a 10 minute drive of Sandestin and the largest designer outlet mall in the country, and adjacent to the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. The unique shops and restaurants of Gulf Place and concerts and other activities on the green are within walking distance. Seaside with its brick streets, unique boutiques, and Victorian cottages is a 10 minute drive down the road.

This gothic cottage was built in 1997 with vintage details like hardwood floors and soaring vaulted beaded board ceilings in the living area and 9ft ceilings on the first floor, beadboard accented baths. Four bedrooms in the main house sleep 11 comfortably in 1 king, 1 queen, 3 twins, 1 queen sofa bed and 1 spring loaded twin/trundle that can be converted to a quuen size bed.

The 2 level carriage house (connected by spiral staircase) offers 1 bedroom and sleeping porch, Kitchen/Living area, full bath in a designer furnished compact, yet stylish arrangement that sleeps 6 max in 1 queen bed, 1 twin & trundle, and 1 queen sofa. Floors are connected by a circular staircase. Three full baths in the main house and a full bath in the carriage house, as well as two out door showers makes for ample after beach bathing opportunities. Both houses have washers and dryers. The main house was completely furnished with all new furniture in 2004. There are 5 TVs and 5 VCR/DVDs AND FAST ACCESS INTERNET CABLE in the main house and 2 TVs with VCR in the carriage house. Parking for a maximum of 5 vehicles is available. Additional cars may be parked at the pool across the street.

A community pool, 3rd floor roof deck with views of the gulf, location right on the bike path for cruising Walton County's 18 miles of bike paths along the gulf and 250 steps to the beach access make this the perfect get away for that family vacation or reunion.
